One: no load test. Run each mechanism under full load condition, check in detail whether there are problems in the operation route, check whether the limit switch and other machinery and equipment can be safe and smooth operation.

Two: static load test. Ensure that the operating mechanism does not move, carry out load test lifting operation of 1.25 times rated value, ensure that the mechanical jack supplier will lift the load 10cm, maintain 10min, check whether each mechanism can run normally.

Three: dynamic load test. If the static load test results are good, it is necessary to choose 1.1 times of rating to carry out dynamic load test, and repeatedly raise, lower and move up and down for 15min to check whether each mechanism can run normally. In addition, it is necessary to check whether the prescribed amount of descent is normal. If the descent is too much, it is necessary to adjust the braking system.
